Virtual 紧急护理 Visit
Virtual urgent care visits are available on-demand for many non-emergency medical concerns through your MyChart帐户 (computer or app version). 从你的 MyChart帐户，去 访问 图标，并选择 视频访问 option from the dropdown menu. These visits are currently only available for patients who are 18 years or older in Washington state.

The posted wait time to see an urgent care provider is approximate and may vary. New patients arrive frequently and impact wait times depending on severity of illness or injury.

What about wait times for the Emergency Department?

Walk-in or Schedule a Virtual 紧急护理 Appointment
Enjoy walk-in appointments, virtual (telehealth) video visits, and after-hours care for acute illness, 轻伤, 体育体检, 怀孕测试, 背痛, 泌尿道感染, x-rays and other non-emergent services.

If you're a new patient or don’t have a Valley MyChart帐户 yet: No problem! Community members Age 18+ can now access Valley’s urgent care telehealth services.
